We’re pleased to share that Quantum United Management has now successfully attained SCA’s Strata Management Practice Standards (SMPS) accreditation!
For us, this isn’t just a certificate and a badge. The process prompted honest reflection across our operations: where we were strong, where we could improve, and where small adjustments would make a meaningful difference to the foundation of our business and subsequently, the communities we support.Working through the framework helped us tighten our practices, close gaps, and reinforce the systems that sit behind the service our committees and residents experience every day.
A heartfelt thank you to Strata Community Association (SCA) for setting a clear, practical standard for our industry and for creating a process that genuinely strengthens organisations.
